Return policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in some occassions, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns from made-to-order and upcycled products. Other products may be returned, but only when the product does not meet the description on the website.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@ruseretailfurniture.com. We will contact you to arrange transportation and further steps.
Please note, you will be responisble for all return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom made and upcycled alterations.
- Made-to-order products
- Sale items
For defective or damaged products other than stated in the pictures and product description on our website, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a return.
Please note that all products on our website have been previously used and may contain normal wear and tear.
Please note: Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
