Wood-as-a-Service
RUSE x Herso
Part of our Art Service is our unique collaboration with Herso. Herso masters the skill to transform abandoned wood into high quality massive furniture and interior objects. They use a technique to make their panels available on scale, ready to be applied to any type of furniture.
Our collaboration has grown into a Wood-as-a-Service (WaaS) model. This means you can use their wood and our fixtures without high investment cost and including maintenance service. Get WaaS to personalize fixtures found in our webshop and use it by a quarterly ´rental fee´ - totally hassle free.
Our motivation for offering WaaS is rooted in our commitment to circularity. By retaining ownership, we keep fixtures and materials in circulation, preventing aging and disposal while extending their lifecycle.

Textile hanger
RUSE x Circlefied
This hanger is a true result of chain collaboration. We've partnered up with Circlefied to introduce a clothing hanger crafted entirely from a bio binder and discarded textiles - former garments made from mixed fabrics that are typically difficult to recycle. As a result, such materials are often burned or buried at the end of their life. We’ve developed an innovative method to repurpose these textiles, giving them new life in a context where their story and impact are truly valued.
This products has been made possible by Spaarne Werkt - collecting, sorting and making the textiles available to get the highest value out of every single piece.
